Greetings, all...

The meeting held on Monday got the ball rolling, so to speak. Now the fun is going to be trying to steer the thing!

As expected, the tough part of getting a charity society off the ground is, well.......getting it off the ground. The idea is that if we are going to do this, it should be done properly. The Army's mission is to eventually be able to help aid needy artists with grants raised from online auctions, sale of established artists' works, etc. First, though, we need exposure!

(Put your eyes back in your heads. You know what I meant by exposure...)

We are looking for artists who are:

a) willing / interested in organizing artwork for sale / auction;
b) willing/ interested in donating their own work for sale / auction for our cause;
c) anyone who has previous experience with the forming / registering of a charity.

It may seem like a lofty goal, but our little Army is enthusiastic in its hopes that this goal is achieveable with hard work and a little knowhow.
